After placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@dikochi.com.
If an item is found to be out of stock after your order is placed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, a credit will be applied to your Dikochi account.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that all orders are reviewed by our team and may be cancelled by Dikochi at our discretion.
Orders placed before the 1:00 PM cut-off time are typically shipped the same day, with delivery within 1–2 business days. Orders above AED 200 qualify for free shipping, while a flat fee of AED 15 applies to orders below AED 200.
We work with trusted third-party delivery partners to handle all shipments. While Dikochi aims to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
We currently ship within the UAE only. At this time, international delivery is not available.
