Refund policy

At Dikochi, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Period

Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase. 

Return Request & Approval

Customers must initiate a return request via support@dikochi.com or live chat. Once approved, a Return ID will be provided. This must be included with your return.

Condition of Products

All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with tags, labels, and accessories intact. Items must be unused and unworn. For products sold as bundles (e.g., bags, belts, accessories), the entire bundle must be returned. Perfumes or sealed goods must remain unopened to be eligible.

Return Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was wrong or defective, in which case Dikochi will cover the return. Customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
  • Online payments: Refunded back to the original payment method.
  • Cash-on-delivery orders: Credited to the customer’s Dikochi account for use on a future order.
  • Out-of-stock items: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Cash Refunds

Cash refunds are not permitted.

Restocking Fee

Dikochi does not charge any restocking fee.
