Please allow up to 12 hours for order processing and product availability checks. Dikochi does not process or ship orders on Sundays and UAE public holidays.

After placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@dikochi.com.

If an item is found to be out of stock after your order is placed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, a credit will be applied to your Dikochi account.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that all orders are reviewed by our team and may be cancelled by Dikochi at our discretion.

Orders placed before the 1:00 PM cut-off time are typically shipped the same day, with delivery within 1–2 business days. Orders above AED 200 qualify for free shipping, while a flat fee of AED 15 applies to orders below AED 200.

Customers also have the option to pick up orders in person from our showroom at:
Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE.

We work with trusted third-party delivery partners to handle all shipments. While Dikochi aims to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship within the UAE only. At this time, international delivery is not available.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available within the UAE

All payments are processed securely.

Dikochi reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. We encourage customers to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms and conditions.

Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Orders placed outside the UAE are not eligible for return.

Customers must initiate a return request via support@dikochi.com or live chat. Once approved, a Return ID will be provided. This must be included with your return.

All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with tags, labels, and accessories intact. Items must be unused and unworn. For products sold as bundles (e.g., bags, belts, accessories), the entire bundle must be returned. Perfumes or sealed goods must remain unopened to be eligible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was wrong or defective, in which case Dikochi will cover the return. Customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping.

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Online payments: Refunded back to the original payment method.
• Cash-on-delivery orders: Credited to the customer’s Dikochi account for use on a future order.
• Out-of-stock items: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Cash refunds are not permitted.

Dikochi does not charge any restocking fee.
